over the last year and a bit I saw myself change from I thought I was and should be, to who i am now and who i know I should be. I went from some one who couldn’t run 100m to someone who fell in love with running and weight lifting and all forms of active things, I’ve done a complete 180 with who I am and I can honestly say, there has been nothing better for me, my days are filled with happiness and joy and smiles and confidence and I would not for a second think about going back, this is who I am and I’m so glad I found her.
